TARA DOMAN
Dr. Tara Doman
received her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College (with honors) and her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of South Florida. She is an internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Doman has a special interest in asthma, newborn care and breastfeeding. Dr. Doman is bilingual in Spanish. She enjoys working with families and supporting children and families as they grow. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Breastfeeding Medicine and is the director of the Pediatric Health Lactation Center. Dr. Doman is passionate about helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals.
Dr. Doman lives with her husband and two children in the western suburbs. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at schools and the park district, reading, crafting and spending time with her family.
